What were Yisrael once again able to do once the blasphemer had been taken out and killed?
(24,23) And Moshe spoke to the children of Yisrael, and they took out the blasphemer to the outside of the camp, and they stoned him with stones, and the children of Yisrael did as Hashem commanded Moshe.
Behold, at their root all Yisrael are one entity, and so it follows that when one of them commits a sin, God forbid, it becomes difficult for all of them to serve Hashem properly.
For this reason the verse says that after they took the blasphemer outside of the camp and stoned him, then “the children of Yisrael did as Hashem commanded Moshe”, that is, they could once again serve Hashem completely and properly.
